Every week an updated table will be uploaded to the website as well as a list of Bonus and Penalty Points that have been awarded for every fixture that takes place.

Summer Handicap League Rules
FORMAT:
- League will be HANDICAPPED
- League will start on Tuesday 23rd May
- Matches start at 7pm
- Teams of 4 players per night every week
- 3 x Squash and 1 x Racketball Fixture every week
- 3 Doubles nights throughout the league
- Each individual player gets a handicap, which can change throughout the league (for Doubles fixtures handicaps per team are additive). Two wins (in a row) results in a handicap change by -2 points, two losses (in a row) results in a handicap change by +2 points. Initial handicaps will be allocated by the club organisers.
- Handicaps can be altered by organisers if they are deemed too high or low
- Maximum of 8 teams and a Summer Handicap League theme will be chosen
MATCH SCORING:
- PAR Scoring to 15. Best of 3
- Same format each week
- Handicap shift by 2 points at the end of every game (i.e. if Player A starts on -4 and Player B starts on +4, if Player A winds the first game they would start the second on -6, if they lost the first game they would start on -2)
- Handicaps always centre around zero if both +ve, or both –ve (i.e. if Player A has a handicap of -3 and Player B a handicap of -6. Then player B starts on -3 and player A on 0).
LEAGUE SCORING:
- 1 Point per game won
- 4 point team win bonus

- Small food buffet (or equivalent) every 3 weeks
- Drinks promotions on the above nights including smoothies, milkshakes and non-alcoholic options
ANNUAL AWARDS:
- Prize for overall winning team (most points)
- Most improved player (largest handicap improvement)
- Player of the season (biggest wins / consistent performances / POTN)
- Darwin award (largest handicap regression)
